Is booking required?
Yes, booking is required. this will avoid overbooking, long waiting time for our customers.
However if you decided to walk in without a booking and we have available time slot, we will be happy to get you into out next available time slot.
How do I book and pay?
You can book online or through the phone. We accept credit card and debit cards. WE DO NOT STORE CREDIT CARD DETAILS NOR DO WE SHARE CUSTOMER DETAILS WITH ANY 3RD PARTIES.
What is Family Package?
Family package is special for families with young kids (below 11 years old). The package will include two adults or one adult and a kid above 11 yeas old. Also it includes free access for the kids gaming station for two kids less than 11 years old. For CF-18 simulators, family package includes 2 simulators. For the B-737 simulator, both adults will share the same time slot.
What is cancellation Policy?
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
What is the minimum age?
Minimum age to use the simulator is 11 years old. However, anyone under 16 years need to be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
Do I need any experience?
No experience is required.
For CF-18 simulator you will have a briefing as part of the package. this will give the basic information to fly and engage. also you will be in direct communication with the instructor through a headset. He will answer's your questions and remind you of what you need to do if needed.
For B-737, it is a one to one experience with our instructor who will guide you through during your experience.
Do you have observation area?
Yes, we have a seating area where friends, families & partners can sit and watch.
Do you have group booking?
Yes, if you are group of friends who wants to play together then you can book the required time slot and select the required quantity. you can always add additional booking to your cart before checking out. You can do that online or by phone.
If you are interested in group events or parties, then the whole facility will be booked for a minimum of 3 hrs and can be more. Contact us for more details.
Can I purchase Gift card?
Yes, you can do that in the gift card section. you can specify the name and email to whom you want the gift card to be sent.
Gift cards does not expire.
Do gift cards or gift certificates expire?
No, gift cards and gift certificates do not expire.
